TTA in Indiana

See what Sixth Amendment work is happening in Indiana.

We worked with the Indiana Public Defender Commission to:

  • Help develop a system to measure and assess the quality of public defense services to clients.

We worked with the Marion County Re-entry Council in Marion County, IN to:

  • support the implementation of a post-conviction, community led holistic defense pilot
  • Host and in-person training for stakeholders in March 2023
  • Fund subject matter expert assistance from Partners for Justice as well as data support from RTI
